I enabled "ALL" USB ports in the BIOS and plugged in my SanDisk Compact Flash Card Reader into the front panel USB port. I think the problem may stem from having a DOS level driver for the Sandisk compact flash card reader. I haven't given up, just haven't had a lot of time lately to pursue non-emergency items.
